NO TO PROSTATE PAINS FOR MEN ABOVE 40YEARS.
Before going into details, My Name is BUKOLA AKINRINLOLA a wellness consultant , a researcher and also the founder of Bukkys Health And Wellness Awareness Initiative - BHAWAI. During the cause of my research i was able to find out that 80% of men at the urology department in hospitals for treatments, or check up are mostly prostate patients from the age of 40 45,50 and Above and its a very painful ailment for men.no man deserves to go through the pain.
PROSTATE GLAND?
Is a small structure about the size of a wall-nut located between the urinary bladder and the penis in men.
FUNCTION OF THE PROSTATE GLAND?
The tube (channel) of the urethra by which the urine from the bladder passes through the penis runs through the prostate gland.
The prostate is also the reproductive organ that squeezes fluid into the semen which helps to nourish the sperm cells, energize and protect it from the acidic effect of the vaginal fluid.
It also helps to expel the semen to the vagina during climax (orgasm).
TODAY I WILL BE TALKING ABOUT.
BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERTROPHY
(BPH)
This is the enlargement of the prostate gland causing difficulty in urination. It is not the same with prostate cancer although symptoms may be similar
SYMPTOMS OF (PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT)
..Frequent urination at intervals.
..Uncontrollable urge to urinate.
..Stopping in between streams while urinating.
..Strain/pains to begin urinating.
..Involuntary loss of urine.
..False feeling the bladder is not completely empty after urinating.
MY ADVISE
After the age of 40 it is advisable for men to go for checkup to check the
prostate for enlargement .to be on a safer side. dont wait until its too late
Urine sample analysis can also help rule out any infection or other conditions that can cause similar symptoms.
